Hot Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package spinach, frozen, thawed, squeezed,
  • 8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 2 ounces pimientos, sliced -- drained

Microwave Directions:
Drain and then chop spinach. In 1-quart microwave safe casserole, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover with microwave-safe waxed paper or plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 3 to 5 minutes or untill hot,stirring twice during cooking. Serve immediately with crackers and fresh vegetable dippers.
