Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup Biscoff Spread
- 2 1/2 cups dry rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan melt butter, milk and sugar in a sauce pan, stirring, until it reaches a rolling boil. Let it boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Stir in Biscoff Spread, oats and vanilla until evenly mixed.
Place spoonfuls of batter on parchment paper and lightly spread out and let cookies set up.
