Bacon and Corn Pudding

Ingredients
- 12 slices Schwan's thick sliced bacon, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cans (15 oz) cream style corn
- 1 bag Livesmart Super Sweet Cut corn, frozen

Step 1
Preheat over to 350.
Cut bacon into half inch pieces and prepare according to package. Drain and set aside.
Saute onions and green peppers in butter for 2 minutes.
Stir in flour and salt.
Mix in sour cream, corn, and half of bacon.
Pour mixture into lightly oiled 9x13 inch casserole dish. Top with remaining bacon and bake uncovered 45 minutes.
