Italian Ice slushy

Ingredients
- 3 cups halved strawberries
- 2 tbspns sugar
- 2 tbspns honey
- 1 tbspn fresh lemon juice
- 3 cups ice
Preparation
Step 1
Blend the fruit, sugar, honey and lemon juice with 2 cups ice in food processor until chunky. add another cup ice and blend until completely smooth.
Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish and freeze 30 mins. Scrape the ice with a fork until slushy then freeze until firm, about 2 more hours. Scoop into bowls.
