Refrigerator Potatoes

  • 8 med. potatoes
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. regular salt

Preparation

Step 1

Peel, cut into chucks and boil potatoes until tender. Mash them using butter and milk only; no salt. Then, to the mixing bowl add cream cheese, sour cream, and salts. Beat together with mixer. Spray baking pan or dish with oil; put potatoes into it. Dot with butter and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
