Sweet/Sour Chicken in a Bag

Ingredients

  • 1 Reynolds Oven Bag, large size (14 x 20-inch)
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1 can (20-oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • Hot cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

Shake flour in oven bag. Place bag in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Add sugar, vinegar & soy sauce to bag & squeeze bag to mix. Add pineapple to bag. Add chicken to bag. Turn bag to coat chicken with sauce. Arrange ingredients in an even layer in the bag. Close bag with the tie that comes with the oven bags. Cut 6 small slits in top of bag (1/2-inch each). bake until tender, 30 to 35 mintues. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
