Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 c. cabbage
  • 8 oz. mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 c. carrots
  • 1 c. chicken
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers

Preparation

Step 1

Finely chop all vegetables. Mix all ingredients. Place a small amount on one end of wraper. Fold each side over and roll. Beat one egg white witha fork. Seal end of wraper with egg white. Place egg rolls on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn over after 10 minutes.
