Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. smashed bananas
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 c. sour milk
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each until creamy. Stir in bananas and vanilla. Combine flour, salt and soda. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to creamy mixture until well blended. Spread into greased jelly roll pan, 15 x 11 x 1-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or toothpick comes out clean. Cool and frost with buttercream icing or your favorite icing.
