Ingredients

  • Sift together
  • 1 1/2 cup sifted flour,
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Stir in only until blended
  • Add
  • 3/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. drop by spoonfuls onto student, not in liquid. Cook 10 min with capital uncovered and 10 min. with cattle tightly covered. Remove dumplings and keep them hot. Makes six medium dumplings.
NOTE: accessible dumplings cook covered and uncovered.
