Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl, combine lemon juice, soya sauce, oil, ketchup, garlic and pepper. Pour over meat or poultry. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove meat from marinade; grill or broil as desired, basting with marinade. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
