Ingredients
- 2 lbs. bag frozen hash browns
- 1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese (cut in cubes)
- 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat margarine, milk and velveeta until cheese melts. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate over night in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Let set 1 hour at room temperature then bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
