Ingredients

  • 1 can eagle brand milk
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups irish whiskey
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract

Preparation

Step 1

In blender container, combine eagle brand, whiskey, cream, eggs, syrup and coconut extract if desired. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve over ice. Store tightly covered, in refrigerator up to 1 month. Stir before serving. Makes 4 cups
