Ham Hash Brown Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Ham
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Flour
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • 20 oz. Bag Refrigerated, Shredded Hash Browns
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • Canola Oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large bowl, combine ham, green onions, flour, salt & pepper, and hash browns.

2. Add 2 lightly beaten eggs. Toss well.

3. Scoop mixture by 1/4 cupfuls into 1 tablespoon canola oil per batch in a large skillet over medium heat. Flatten slightly.

4. Cook 5 minutes per side or until browned.

Makes 4 servings. Each serving = 6 Weight Watchers points.
