Ingredients
- 3/4 C cold fat-free milk
- 1 pkg (1.4oz) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding
- 2 C fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
- 1/4 C chunky peanut butter (reduced fat)
- 2 C fat free whipped topping (+ 2 T divided)
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl whisk milk & pudding mix for 2 minutes. Stir in frozen yogurt and peanut butter until blended. Fold in 1 C whipped topping.
Transfer to 8 in square dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and freeze.
Remove from freezer 10 min before serving. Cut into 9 squares. Top with 2 T whipped topping.
