Impossible Cheese Burger Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 3 eggs
• 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
• 3/4 c. Bisquick milk

Preparation

Step 1

Grease deep 9-inch pie pan or 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate. Cook hamburger and onion in skillet until beef is done. Stir in salt and pepper, drain and place in pie pan. Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs until almost smooth, about 1 minutes. Pour over beef in pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with cheese and continue baking until knife iinserted in center comes out clean, 5-8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
