MARSHAMALLOW FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Add salt, egg whites, beat to form soft peaks. Add sugar in small amounts till glossy. Gradually add syrup and fold in vanilla.
