Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 c. Grape Nuts Cereal
- 2 1/2 T. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Molly McButter
- Filling:
- 3/4 c. fat free egg product
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. fat free cream cheese
- 1 T. Molly McButter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (15 1/4-oz.) can crushed pineapple, pour off juice
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour grape nuts over bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle 2 1/2 T. sugar and 1/2 tsp. Molly McButter evenly over grape nuts and set aside. In medium bowl and using electric mixer, cream together all ingredients for filling except pineapple until smooth. Fold in pineapple with spoon. Carefully pour over crust, trying not to disturb grape nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
