Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 pkg. frozen strawberries (thawed)
- 1 large pkg. strawberry jello
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together, (graham wafer crumbs and melted butter), spread on pan. Save 1/2 cup for topping. Cook 15 min. at 350 degree oven.
Combine all 4 ingredients in a pan and bring to a strong boil. Let cool. Whip 1/2 pint cream. (I use cool whip instead of whipping cream). Mix 1/2 cream with strawberry mixture. Spread over wafer crust. Take remaining cream, add a little sugar and vanilla and beat. Spread over above mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crums on top. Refrigerate 5 hours.
