Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package Knorrs Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
  • This is optional

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw the frozen spinach and drain all the water out of it. Add the dry soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion,and drained water chestnuts.

Allow to set in refrigerator for a few hours.

Can be served in a large round rye
bread. Scoop out the center and fill with dip and use scooped out bread to dip with. You can also just serve with pieces of rye bread only.
