Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 cup cubed potatoes
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Cook first 5 ingredients with salt and pepper until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Mix the flour with a little milk, then add to the rest of milk and add to vegetable mixture. Add the cheese and bouillon cubes.
