Ingredients
- 1 lb. can Hormel Chili without beans
- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. Velvetta or American Cheese
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 green pepper chopped fine
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
Preparation
Step 1
Put onion, garlic, green pepper, and juice in a blender.
Brown meat and drain off grease.
Add all ingredients and simmer for one hour.
Keep hot in crock pot or chafing dish.
Can be made ahead of tim
