Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2-1/2 cups flaked coconut = 1 pkg.
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk = 1 can
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, coconut & salt.
Add milk and vanilla & mix well.
Drop Tbsp-ful 1" apart on greased cookie sheet.

Bake @ 350 for 15-20 min. until golden brown.

Cool on a wire rack

(Recipe doubles well)
