Vancouver Rotini

By

I had a dish at a restaurant (I wish I could remember the name as the food was fantastic) in Vancouver (Pacific Dental Conference, 2009) that tasted very familiar. Once I got home, I managed to put together a reasonable facsimile.

Preparation

Step 1

Brown cubed steak in oil to desired tenderness (I like my meat a little pink, but do what works for you). Sprinkle in seasoning salt and vegetable seasoning. Add mushrooms and scramble fry until mushrooms are slightly cooked. Remove from heat.

Mix soups together in a bowl. Add basil, vinegar, and vegetable seasoning. Pour over steak and mushrooms. Add green onions.

Cook covered over low heat until warm (10 to 15 minutes). Spoon sauce over pasta on your plate.

Eat.
