  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 8 cups corn chex cereal
  • 1 cup dried banana slices (or other dried fruit)
  • 1 cup yogurt covered raisins



Step 1

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place butter in roasting pan in preheated oven until butter melts. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Gradually add cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Return to oven and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on paper towels. Toss with banana slices and yogurt covered raisins.
