Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cooked Pumpkin
- 1 Tbs. Cornstarch
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbs. Browned Butter
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except egg whites and mix well. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Spoon into greased baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
