- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 Ounces less fat cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, form 8 patties. Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 4 patties; cook 4 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining patties. Top each with 2 teaspoons pepperoncini peppers; serve on water rolls.
