Peach Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 Large Pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Cups Fresh Peaches, sliced
  • 1 Cup Whipping Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, egg, and pecans. Arrange on greased, round pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. Cool and crumble coarsely. Combine pudding, milk, and sour cream and mix well. In a serving dish alternate layers of crumbs, pudding mix, and sliced peaches. Refrigerate until pudding sets. Top with whipped topping and serve.
