Ingredients
- 1 pkg Kamaboko (fish cake)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 dollops of Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of Green Onion (scallions)
- Salt/Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Dice, grate or shred the Kamaboko.
Add softened cream cheese and mayo and mix well.
Add in green onions and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with Ritz crackers.
