Ingredients

    g Group Pork

  • 2

    Green onions, finely Chopped

  • 5

    ml Grated fresh ginger root

  • 2

    ml Corn Starch

  • 7

    ml Soy suace

  • 3

    drops hot suace

  • 9

    wonton wrappers

  • 500

    ml Chicken broth

  • 2

    ml Seaseme oil

  • 1/2

    ml Hot chilli paste

  • 125

    ml shredded spinich

  • Pinch Salt & Pepper

Directions

1. In a bowl combine pork, 1 green onion, ginger, cornstarch, 2 ml soy suace, hot pepper, Mix until blended. 2. Lay out wonton wrapers, spoon pork mix in center of each wrapper, moisten eadges, fold each in half to form a traingle, press to seal. 3. Place wontons in large pot with water, cook until rise. 4. Meanwhile in a large suace pan combine broth remaining soy suace, seaseme oil, and hot chili paste, boil and season with salt and pepper. 5. Just before serveing add spinich to broth. 6. Place wontons into serving bowl, top with broth mix.
