Ingredients

  • 3/4

    cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter, softened

  • 1-1/2

    cups firmly packed light brown sugar

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1-1/2

    cups flour

  • 1

    tsp. Baking Powder

  • 1

    pkg.(6 squares) BAKER'S White Chocolate, divided

  • 1

    cup Salted Peanuts, coarsely chopped 1 square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper, with ends extending over sides of pan. Spray with cooking spray; set aside. Beat butter and brown sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs, flour and baking powder. Chop five squares of the white chocolate; stir into batter with peanuts. Spread into prepared pan. BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan. MICROWAVE remaining square of white chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring after 30 sec. Drizzle over baked rectangle. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring after 30 sec. Drizzle over baked rectangle. Lift from pan, using foil handles. Cut into triangles.
