Ingredients
- CHILI GARLIC SAUCE:
- Russet Potato Washed & Peeled. Slice Thin (1.3) on Mandoline
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- 2 T Cholula Chili Garlic Hot Sauce
- 2 T Fresh Lemon Juice
- Dash Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 t Cayenne Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Spray Microwave Sheet Safe for Bacon/Chips with Pam.
Place Potato Slices Single Layer on Sheet, Microwave on High for 3 Minutes, Add Seconds as Needed to Brown & Crisp.
Add Salt to Chips if Desired.
SAUCE: Mix All Ingredients, Whisk Well, Refrigerate 1-2 Hours Before Serving.
Dip Chips While Hot.
