Pesto Tortillini with Scallops ( I use Shrimp)

Ingredients
- 1 tbs. oil
- 3/4 lb. scallops or shrimp
- 1 pkg. (9 oz) Three Cheese Tortellini
- 2 cups assorted cut up vegetables( such as broccoli, red peppers and carrots)
- 1/2 cup Di Giorno Basil Pesto Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add scallops; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until no longer translucent.
Meanwhile, bring 4 qts. water to a boil in large saucepan. Add pasta. Reduce heat to medium low; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in vegetables; continue cooking 3 minutes.
Drain pasta; place in medium bowl. Add scallops and pesto sauce; mix lightly.
