Ingredients
- 1 (3oz) pkg lemon jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained, don't throw away)
- 2 bananas
- 8 large marshmellows
Preparation
Step 1
Mix jello, water and marshmallows, let dissolve. Chill until thick, add pineapple and 2 chopped bananas.
Topping
Put in pan and cook. 1 cup pineapple juice, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 1/2 cup sugar. Cook until think- cool. Add 1 cup whipped cream. Mix and put on top of jello. Sprinkle with nuts.
