Crock-Pot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Stew Meat cut into cubes
- 1 Tblsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Jar 4 oz sliced Mushrooms
- 1 Tblsp Minced Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp dried Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/8 tsp cruched Tyme
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 1/2 cups Beef Broth
- 1/3 cup Cooking Sherry
- 1 carton Sour Cream
- 1 //2 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Water
- 4 cups cooked White Rice or Noodles

Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet brown meat in hot oil and then drain.
In crock-pot combine beef,mushrooms,onions,garlic,oregano,salt,pepper,thyme,and bay leaf.Pour in beef broth and cooking sherry.Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or HIgh for 4-5 hours.Discard bay leaf.
If using low heat turn to high and mix together the sour cream,flour and water.Stir in about 1 cup of the hot liquidinto the sour cream mixture.Return all to cooker ,stir to combine.Cover and cook on high for another 30 minutes longer till thick and bubbly.Serve over hot egg noodles or white rice
