Fantasy Fudge
This is everyone's favourite and it is so easy to make and everyone raves about it when I make it. I can't remember where I got this recipe from but have been making it for years.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cups butter or margarine
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 2/3 cups evaporated milk
- 8 oz chocolate chips or white chocolate chips)
- 1 jar Marshmallow cream
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine, add sugar and milk. Mix well and cook on low until mixture reaches soft boil stage (234 degrees). Let stand 2 minutes and stir in chocolate until melted. Add marshmallow cream and vanilla and beat with an electric mixture for at least 2 minutes until mixture is soft and creamy. Pour into a lined pan (I use parchment paper) and cool. Cut into squares. (I prefer bite size squares as these are quite rich)
