Carmelized Onions

Ingredients

  • Sweet onions
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Slice onion

Olive oil in med-high pan

Add onion a stir occasionally

After 10 minutes add a dash of salt and splash of water if onion is drying out

Cook another 10 minutes on med-high heat

Stir every 2-3 minutes (longer if possible)

When onions begin sticking to pan deglaze with balsamic vinegar
