These are everyone's favourites. Quick and easy to make. I have been making these for years and now I see Oreo has "cakesters" which are similar to these but not as tasty!! Kids love them but I think adults love them more!!

Ingredients

  • 2 Duncam Heinz Devil's Food cake mixes.
  • 2/3 cups of oil.
  • 4 eggs.
  • 1 can of prepared icing (cream cheese works good with chocolate)

Preparation

Step 1

Pour both cake mixes into bowl, make well in the middle and pour in oil and eggs. Mix by hand (do not use a mixer). You have to get your hands dirty to mix them up good better with the hands that with a spoon. Roll into balls - here is the fund part you can use a cookie scoop to make small size or an ice cream scoop to make large.

Place balls on baking sheet (do not flatten balls). Bake at 375 for approximately 12-14 minutes.

Use 1 can of prepared icing (cream cheese is best) and sandwich cookies together.
