  • White Chocolate Brownies
  • 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted
  • 8 oz. White chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. flour 8 oz. Semi sweet mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter 8 inch square pan. Line bottom of pan with foil and butter foil. Melt ½ cup of butter. Remove from heat. Add ½ of the white chocolate. DO NOT STIR. Using mixer, beat eggs with pinch of salt until frothy. Gradually add sugar and beat until pale yellow. Add butter-white chocolate mixture and vanilla then flour. Stir in semi-sweet and white chocolate pieces. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes or until brown. Store in airtight container.
