Ingredients

  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust, 9 or 10 inch
  • 3/4 cup bottled margarita mix
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • Whipped cream, garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450.
Whisk together margarita mix, egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 10-15 minutes or until pie is almost et and top I getting bubbly and edges of filling are beginning to brown.
Cool on wire rack then cover and refrigerate.
Garnish with whipped cream.
