    cup red wine or white wine vinegar

    tablespoons fish sauce

  • 1

    teaspoon honey

  • ¼

    teaspoon salt

  • ⅛ to ¼

    teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper

  • ¾

    cup olive oil

Directions

Combine the vinaigrette ingredients in a jar or other container with a lid. Screw on the lid and shake the jar vigorously for a few seconds until the vinaigrette comes together. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Per serving, based on 8 servings.
