Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup butter - divided
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 1/2 cup powdered sugar - divided
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cups green creme de menthe
- 1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (12 oz. bag)

Preparation
Step 1
BOTTOM Layer:
1.Heat/stir 1/2 cup butter & cocoa powder till well blended. Remove
from heat and add 1/2 cup of the sugar, 1 egg, vanilla & graham crackers.
Mix well. Press into bottom of 9x13 pan.
MIDDLE Layer:
2.Melt 1/2 cup butter & creme de menthe.Then beat on low speed. Beat in
rest of sugar (3 cups) till smooth. Spread over graham cracker layer. Chill
1 hour. Shouyd spread like peanut butter.
TOP Layer:
3.Combine & stir 1/4 cup butter & chocolate chips over low heat.till melted.
Spread over middle layer. Let set at room temp.. Cut into small squares.
Cut at room temp.
