Ingredients
- 3 lbs Boneless Chuck Roast
- 1 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 2 Tblsp Dijon -Style Mustard
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional) I use

Preparation
Step 1
Place Chuck Roast in Crock-Pot.Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.Pour the mixture over the meat.Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.Remove meat when done and shred it and then return to Crock-Pot.Stir well and keep warm.Spoon meat onto some good bakery hamburger buns.
