Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/4 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 cups halved grape tomatoes
- 1/3 cup diced Vidalia onion
- 3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
