- 2 teaspoons butter
- 3 thinly sliced garlic cloves

- 10 -ounce package fresh baby spinach

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Gradually add spinach; cook 1 minute or until spinach just wilts, tossing frequently.
