Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 4 (1 1/2 ounce) French bread slices
- 1/4 cup finely grated Asiago cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine olive oil and garlic, brush evenly over bread slices. Sprinkle slices evenly with cheese and cracked black pepper. Broil 2 minutes or until lighly browned.
