Ingredients
- Dried fruit
- Plums
- Apricots
- Ground meat
- Pepper/salt
- Parsley
- 1 egg
- Nutmeg
- 1/2 c white wine
- 1 T cinnamon
- 3-4 small onions

Step 1
Wash fruit well. Remove pit (by cutting length wise). Let marinate for ½ hr in wine. Sauté onions until brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon and let cool. Meanwhile, spice the meat and make into medium size balls. Fill each fruit with separately. Whatever wine is left add to the cinnamon and onion.
Place fruit in “cooky” bag, alternating apricots and plums. Add the wine and onions onto the fruit in the bag. Make a few holes in the bag and cook for approx 1 hr at 200°.
