Chicken Stuffed with Couscous

Ingredients
- Stuffing:
- 2 chickens, able to be stuffed (no bones)
- 1 1/2 pkgs of instant couscous
- 4 chopped large onions
- 6 T oil
- 2 brown sugar
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and cut
- 3 carrots, peeled and mashed
- 1 red pepper, cubed
- 200 g mushrooms, cut thinly
- Salt
- Cayenne Pepper
- Paprika
- 4 green apples

Step 1
Clean the chicken. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions and sugar, then add the garlic. Add carrots, red pepper, and mushrooms. Let steam for 10 minutes, then spice and remove from heat.
Cook couscous as it says on the instructions.
Mix couscous, vegetables and fill the chicken as much as possible- even between the skin and meat.
Put a little salt over and inside chicken, paprika, pepper and garlic.
Put chickens into “cooky” bag and add 2 cut up apples, close bag and make 6-8 cuts in top of bag. Cook in oven for 70 minutes at 200°.
