Caramel Ice Cream (Yonina)

Ingredients

• Caramel:
• 6 eggs, separated (discard 3 yolks)
• 4 tsp vanilla sugar
• 1/2 c sugar
• 2 whip
• 2 crusts
• 1 c peanut butter
• 1 c dark corn syrup
• 2 T honey
• 1 pkg vanilla sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat whites with sugar. Add vanilla to yolks. Beat whips. Fold yolks to whip and whites. Mix ingredients to make the caramel. Pour ¾ into ice cream.

Drizzle rest over ice cream.
