Herb Baguettes

Ingredients

  • 4 baguette rolls
  • 4 oz butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Cut slits into the baguettes at 1-inch intervals, leaving a base of about 1/2 inch. Cream butter. Peel and dice garlic and beat into the butter along with the parsley. Season with salt and spread into the slits. Place the baguettes on a baking sheet. Cook at 400 for 5 minutes.
Also good on French Bread.
