Ingredients

  • Top:
  • 7 oz melted chocolate
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 7 eggs
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 whip
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 whip
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate with margarine.

Separate eggs and beat whites with sugar. Add yolks slowly. Fold in the cold chocolate. Oil the pan (Pyrex pie pan). Pour in half of the mixture.

Bake for ½ hr at 325° and cool. Add rest of mousse and freeze.

Top: Whip egg with whip and vanilla and add on top.
